M38 registartion update

Thanks again to all of you that offered advice on registering my M38. I was able to get it registered today thanks to a friend obtaining a Bill of Sale from a car dealership. Rhode Island sure has some screwy laws.....
Now if the rain will let up I can take it out on the road LEGALLY for a change.
