Whale of a question

A) In ca, It is illegal to shoot a whale from inside your car, what about if your driving under water using fording system ?
B) If you are driving up a river and into a school of fish ( which do not yield), do you need a fishing liscence or is that roadkill ?

I don't care if you drive underwater. It's okay just as long as you don't interrupt my underwater basket weaving class. We're getting ready for the finals.

Shooting whales is legal (most places), so a case of road rage is probably perfectly acceptable in this situation! You DO have a 50 cal mounted, don't you ?
