value of rolling chassis with complete drivetrain

Picked up M38 rolling chassis, engine runs, but smokes, guy drove it around his yard. Looking to place a rough value on it. Mostly everthing looks original, except for 12v alt. Will try to get some pics up.Thank you Tom
