ORD Help (again)

Hi Guys,

I can't find the part number for the plate the regulator mounts in the A1. The Frame section only lists the welded-on frame the regulator plate bolts to..........and the two regulators parts pages don't include the plate (best as I can tell). Maybe it's not called a "plate"....but I went thru both regulator lists and can't find anything. It's common to both regulators, which is why I figured it would be in the Frame section.......but no luck. Also checked Wes' albums for the A1 and didn't find anything. Anybody know where it's located in the ORD?

Hi Guys,

Ok, after digging and digging the only thing I can find that might be the plate the regulator sits on is in the Fuel System section under Air Cleaner and Connecitions and it says this;

8329648/WO-806185 SHIELD, splash, generator regulator (M38A1) qty (1)

There's no illustration listed, so can anyone confirm this is the plate the regulator bolts to?

Looks like you struck the jackpot. I would have never looked for that there.

I tried the number search on google and it looks like the Army never stocked that ORD PN.
