Starting an M38 after setting for years

Starting an M38 after setting for years
I am fixing to crank up my M38 after setting for 10 years.Is there anything I sould do lubrication wise before I try to start it?

1-Pre-oil oil system under pressure.
2-Have you inspected bores to determine if they are rusty?
3-Insure you have fresh gas.
4-Check coolant level.
