M170 tailgate hinge hardware

Hello, looking for nos m170 tailgate hinge bolts.
They are 3/8-16 X1 indented hex head.
Having hard time finding indented hex.

Is that the same bolt as the M38 tailgate?

If so, they are around.

Yes, PN 120377 Whoops 120377 is the nut the bolt is 7697448

A heads up though, the FSN description shows:

5306-00-769-7448 A BOLT, MACHINE on which has been assembled one or more nonremovable washers. See also SCREW, ASSEMBLED WASHER.

And illustrates the bolt and it's washers thus:

I've seen sources for the lock washer /screw only. I have not seen any sources for the lock washer/ flat washer/ screw assembly.
