Not mine, and 5400 seems like a lot for a non-running jeep.

However, clear Texas title and the hood numbers are still visible,
and it has a bunch of fiddly stuff still on it that will nickel and dime
you to death.

Looks converted to 12 volts. The 24 volt horn is still there... along with
a second blackout drive light.

If the floors and seats are as good as they look that
is a pretty big deal. Note the seat pans. And no rear corner
reinforcements.

I have never heard of one with matching engine serial number.

They don't. That ended with the WWII jeeps.

Most likely the serial on the engine matches the serial on the title. There are no patent plates or dash serial plates on the jeep.

Way overpriced for a non-running civvy engine with civvy accessories, no military wiring, no dash switches, civvy gauges, a wicked bend in the front of the frame, rough seat pans, no front or rear battery boxes and no tailgate.

Yep, and the head doesn't have any nuts on the studs.

Not a good sign.

I would, however, like to get my hands on the spare trans tunnel cover that's laying in the back for use on my CJ3A resto-mod.. HMMM...
