turn signal flasher

Post by Ryan »

I am installing a universal turn signal on my M38. What im trying to figure out is which wires go to which prongs on the 3 pole flasher. The instructions show the red power, blue and black wires hooking up to the flasher but not which prongs to hook up to. My flasher has an X, L, P by the terminals. Does anyone know which wires go where?

I cant remember the brand offhand. The wiring diagram was the problem. IT didnt show which wire went where. I got it figured out last night. I now have flashing lights :D
