pioneer tool mounting

are there any other locations to mount pioneer tools besides the rocker pannels on a flatt fender jeep, locations that would be military correct thanks 
The Willys jeeps are ignored by the Pioneer tTool mounting manual because Willys built their mountings into the jeep. So the short answer is NO.
The other short answer is many special circumstances during the jeeps service life cropped up and I'm sure there were many one off local field expedients used to solve them.
