Can anyone tell me where I can find the plug that fit the back of an M38 turn signal switch Thanks Rick

Hi Rick,
I see both new and used on fleabay now and then.
Here’s a NOS take off salvaged from a harness:

Just my 2-cents, but you're probably in for less pain by using the NOS or new connector.
The old ones can be quite crusty with brittle rubber and corrosion that will put up a fight.

You said turn signal switch (and I wrongly read light switch)

Rick,
It helps to ID your turn signal switch. The Army had an early & late kit and we have several civilian kits that can be adapted.

Early relay box system.

Late transistorized system.
