I am finishing up my transfer case and transmission. When I studied the manual for the transfer case I see that I am missing my hand break stop #8329630. Is that a part I can make?
If so what are the dimensions of it?

Unless you have a double D style punch, it will be hard to make. I have them in stock for $4 ea.
