Fitting exhaust Manifold

I know this has been done to death but after reading up a lot I still have a question.
When refitting the Manifold make sure both sides are flat,Head and Manifold.
Use new brass nuts,as the studs take a little brass each time used.
No locking washers.
Do not use Anti seize.
Use the two conical washers underneath.
Keep the four bolts loose under the Manifold until the ones up to the block are tight 35 Foot/LB.
So the question. With no anti seize and the brass and steel studs being dissimilar metals will they weld themselves together for the next time I want to remove the Manifold?
I worry the studs being unscrewed from the block!
I have seen as suggested by Wes the AN363C ALL-METAL STOPNUTS- STAINLESS but would like to stay as original as possible.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Brass is so much softer than steel there is no roblem if they take hold over the years. No matter how their metals react the brass nut always looses the battle and it's material.
