M-38 Ground Strap

Is there a ground strap that connects between the engine/drivetrain and the frame? If so, where does it attach?

It has been a while since I was under the jeep. I believe it is from the Generator mount to the frame on the passenger side.
One of the bolts holding the generator mount on holds it at that end and the other goes to the frame. Strap is less than 12" long if that long...
