How about an x-ref spreadsheet of military part numbers to "civilian" part numbers I can use at NAPA, AutoZone, etc.??

Not yet. Need a volunteer to act as the collection point for the numbers and to build the list. There's a good WWII jeep x-ref and Portrayal Press offers a booklet with a lot of good info called "Army Vehicle Parts Guide" by Dennis R. Spence.
I have been writing civvy numbers in a copy of my ORD 9 for a few years and when I get enough I will put up a sheet.
