My M38 does not go to full throttle when my foot pedal is pressed all the way down. I was thinking that I could add some washers in between the throttle lever on the block and the throttle pedal and that should give me the extra throttle I need. Anybody else have any suggestions?

i put washers between the leverplate and the block, about 0.16 inch - 4 mm. This sets the ac.pedal a little higher, which is easyer to drive

I had the same problem, maybe the tube is not exactly on the frame, a little bit backwards?

at full trottle the pedal just do not touch the floor

The rod from the carb to the accelerator pedal should be threaded to allow for adjustments... I have about 4 inches of thread on the rod on my M-38...

Hope this helps...
