leaning left

Should the jeep lean a bit rear left (driver side) ?

Read something about it on the G503

My does it and its driving me nuts.....

My jeep also leans a bit on the, left, i think most of them do because there is more weight on the left side (fueltank, jerrycan, radioset etc)

lean left

thx for the answers.

I talked to the guy I buy my jeep parts form and he confirmed it to.

He also said that Land Rovers and Range Rovers does it too but they compensate it with heavier suspension on that side :)

So I file this under unsolved mysteries for now :)

There's no mystery. Willys didn't make any effort to correct it.

I have heavier than stock springs. Same # of leafs, just different material thicknesses, and I'm sure somewhat better steel. Slightly higher arc too.

Previous owner gave them to me. Couldn't tell you the make or model or any of that as he got them 25 years ago. While they make the already stiff ride even worse, my M38A1 doesn't lean left.
