Running problem

m38 starts and stops well however while running has a chug to it. Does not seem to slow it down at all. Help any Ideas!

Try to troubleshoot in an orderly manner one step at a time. It will save you time and money that way. Start in TM 9-8012 Page 75 paragraph "f".
