M38 rear seat braket locations, template?

I looked in the manual and searched this site.... Does anyone have a template or a good photo with measurements showing the locations of the various rear seat braket components for the M38?
I've got all the brackets, but all the holes except for the ones for the springs have been filled and I want to make sure I bolt and weld the brackets in the proper locations.
Thanks!

The M38 and the A1 are the same spacing.

Thanks Wes! I have been computer-less for a couple days and this will help a great deal.
A couple questions based on the pics...
Is the square weld bracket (the front one) tack or spot welded to the floor, side or both?
Regarding the rear bracket - what is the distance from the floor to the bottom of the "cup" in the bolt on (rear) bracket? The center of the "cup" appears to be level with the top of the front bracket, but it might easier to measure from the floor up.

I have the same question as this 6 year old post but the originally attached photos are gone. Can you help me out with some dimensions or details again?
Thanks!

Take a close look at the bottom of my post. The original post I made July 16, 2007 had 4 photos in it from my old "MyPicGallery.com" photo album which is defunct.
At the bottom of that post you see the note: Edited 10-12-2013. I deleted the old 4 urls and inserted the new photo 10-12-2013.
