m38a1 f-134 won't start

just got my rebuild back , had everything replaced .i hooked everything up she won't fire ,it's at tdc ,i poured gas down the carb ,got spark but still won't start no pop nothing ? any ideas guys need help thanks stoney

probally out of time, you might have put the distributor in wrong. I did it to mine last year.

ok, everything is fine , 180 out of timeing ,but things are a lot touchier then i remember ,it's been awhile . thanks
