I need some information on a 1952 Round Fender Willys. I have a chance to buy it tomorrow and won't have much time to figure out what will fit on my 1956 CJ-5. I don't know if the body and fenders are compatible with my CJ. I hope the transmission is a T90. I believe it should be. Can anyone give me a quick answer on parts compatibility or direct me to a web site that could help. I am driving over tomorrow morning with plans to purchase it and pull it home.
Thanks for any quick replys.

fenders will fit, moter, trans t90, tranfer will be the same with small differences. axles, wheels will fit. if it is orginal. the electral will not as if it is a 52 it will be 24 volts. maybe if its almost complete you may want to keep it together as military. alot 0f the 52 parts are getting more costly and good complete jeeps are hard to find. yea, i'am for keeping it military if possible. keep us posted as to the out come.

Thanks for the info. I hope it has a decent transmission. Mine comes out of 2nd really bad. Hoping it has an overdrive on the back is too much to ask for. I could keep it original if it is worth it. It will be my 3rd Jeep and that is 1 too many. I am out of room. I will keep you posted.

There are many T90's and civvy CJ5 fenders out there cheap. A good early M38A1 fender is worth three times the price of a civvy CJ5 fender.
Without you telling us just how stock bothe jeeps are it is not easy to offer any suggestions on interchangeability of parts.

Dang,Wes... if he lived close, I would rebuild that CJ T-90 in trade for the M38a1..if its still mostly in one piece
