M38 and CJ3A Frame comparison

Is there a web page or photo gallery some place that shows the differences between the M38 and CJ3A frames?

The M38 frame is based on the CJ3A frame. The differences shown below are the changes made to the 3A frame for the M38 by Willys. It would be quite simple to move these parts to a 3A frame and it would become indistinquishable from an M38 frame.
