Canvas Color for USMC Jeeps

Was the color of the canvas for the seats, top, and straps the same for Army Jeeps and USMC Jeeps, or were there differences?

I think there was no intended difference in color for any of the services. There was of course a lot of variation in suppliers material that manifested itself as slight shade or tint variations even within the same service supply system.
