When installing the bo drive light guard 3 bolts are called for. One is 1/4 inch longer than the other two and goes on rear of the guard.
Is there a sleeve or anything that goes between the guard and the fender for that rear bolt? I'm not seeing any additional parts in the Ord9 but it seems odd that the bolt doesn't have a solid mount since the guard will flex.

engine running..not yet
No, not running yet. But I have been picking away at it whenever I'm home and tonight finally adjusted the clutch, put the pedals back in and test fit the floor pans.
Its getting oh-so-close and if schedule allows it should be running Thanksgiving week.
Now my big worry is that I didn't test anything like I should have before putting the tub back in place. I really have my fingers crossed that I didn't make a mistake while rebuilding the trans and transfer case.
The first run will be be an event either way it goes.
I'll try to post a couple of new pictures this weekend. It's starting to look like a jeep again.
