You do not have somebody information on this Jeep? I it see for the first time.

There is not a lot of information out there on this jeep.
It was an early attempt at making an ambulance jeep from an M38 type vehicle if I remember correctly.
The M38A1 was being developed right on the heals of the M38 and so further development went into the M38A1 - the M170 ambulance jeep.
