No Idle after rebuild

I rebuilt my carb completey with a good kit from Midwest Mil because the idle mixture srew had no effect when adjusted. Now it will not idle at all!!
I put a WO spare on and it purrs like a kitten. Where did I go wrong?

Not a carb man, but there has been discussion before on making sure the correct springs are in the correct spots on the diaphrams. Also metering rods...

This is the point where folks getthings wrong....
