Has any one bought or know the person at MilataryManuals.com . I need a couple of manuals still and he has what seems to be a good collection of the M38 manuals on a CD for under $20. I I am finally ready to start my restore this spring. I have a TM 9-1084B but need 4A to start my engine rebuild.

Any Information would be great.

Thanks

Hello Michael,
Get the $20 CD from Military Media. It has a complet set of each of the 4 basic manuals for the MB/GPW, M38, M38A1/M170 and a 6 manual set for the M151. With complete manual coverage of all three Willys version WWII thru 1968 you can have the extra benefit of being able to compare procedures and parts between models.

I've used this CD for restoration of my M38A1 and have been very pleased with it. The only thing I was not completely pleased with was the quality of the photos. Be sure to pay attention to the corrections appendix. (Particularly the part referring to the spark plug wires at the distributor) Of course this is true with either a reprint or the CD.

Thanks! I didn't know that. That should clear up some questions I've had with my project.
