Can anyone help me out with the dimensional data on the spacers (items 15,16.& 17) shown such as Length, ID and OD? The field expedient configuration of a stack 'o washers has reeked havoc on my radiator slamming against the top of the bell crank!

Had the same problem with my m38a-1 when I first got it. Had to have the bottom of the radiator fixed. Here's what I've been able to garnish from this site so far:

Hope that helps.

Jim,
Really good drawing. Can you load it to your photo album on our Album page?

I don't think I have an album here but please feel free to copy the picture and use it however you see fit......I think the info came from you in the first place.

But my info was not as nice looking as yours. I'll add part numbers to it and post it on the photo page.

Where is the pic?

I would like a copy of this but the picture is not coming up. I am at the stage where i need to make a rubber bushing for the grill mounting. If someoone would put it in thier photo gallery on this site I would appreciate it.

I know this is an old thread, but in case anybody needs the rubber doughnuts, Pete Debella has them (doesn't have the rest of the parts though) for $5/ea. I only had one of the originals left and the frame had eaten through the steel bushing.

I recently had to buy rubber grommets with metal sleeves and found a good selection at Graingers, if you happen to have one local.

Shoot, I wish we had a Graingers, or anything like them local - all we have is Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes and a couple of small town hardware stores for stuff like that. You can't beat Graingers and Mcmaster Carr for any kind of hardware - I've ordered from both a couple of times. I found a piece of pipe with the correct dimensions for the sleeve and had the original bolt, nut and washers.
