Pintle Hooks

I need some advice on the correct pintle hook for a 1953 M38a1. Installed is a hook with a single grease fitting. In a box of parts I have another one that has two grease fittings. Any idea on which one would be most correct?
Other than the two grease fittings, they both look about the same.
