How does the tool box latch for the under-seat cover go together? I have a "L" catch, D ring, a couple of spring washers and a couple of washers. Ord 9 mentions a pin (?).
Can anyone describe how these pieces are supposed to fit together?

Just to confirm: There are no washers on the bottom (inside the toolbox) side of the latch pin?
