what is the torque spec, and sequence on a L134?

Are you using studs or bolts?

I'm using studs on this flathead, it's a 46 CJ2a

The civvy service manual SM 1002 calls for 60-70 Ft Pounds but I think that may be a tad high for fine threaded nuts used with the studs. I would torque to the lower end of the posted torque.

Wesk; Thank you for this info, now I have something to do today. I just acquired this project a few days ago, and it's nice to know there is an informed group that is generous enough to help me get through it. I'm off to the shop for now. Thanks again.
