Is my stop light wired up wrong?

On the driver side tail light. When I hit the brake, the bulb circled in red lights up.
Isn't the one that is supposed to light up when you touch the brakes the one next to it?
Yes I know I have the wrong bulb installed, I am still waiting for my order of smaller 24 volt bulbs to show up and just needed to see if my brake lights work.
