I am having trouble finding the size of bolts needed to bolt the following on my jeep.
The Spare Tire Carrier
The rear bumperettes
and the right fender mounted black out drive light guard.
Does any one know what size, length, and thread pitch these bolts are?

If you have an M38:
BO lite guard mount bolts and bumperette bolts are listed in the 55 ORD 9 page 323.
Spare tire carrier bracket mount bolts are listed in the same book on page 277.
If you have an M38A1 use the 1956 ORD 9 and see pages 361 and 271.
