Fuel tank question.

Is the M38A1 fuel tank the same as the M38? If not, what are the differences? Thanks.

nope, 100% different, the m38a1 tank has a deep well, the m38 tank does not

Thanks. That keeps me from making a mistake. A local surplus store has what they say is an NOS M38A1 fuel tank. Glad I didn't lay out any funds. I have an M38.
