Hal, I wonder if you could get a closer photo of the placement of the axe mounting at the sheath and foot step.

It seems that as I place my axe head in the sheath, the axe handle does not land on the step, but instead it is on the outside edge of it. I don't know what's going on with that.

Lobo, thanks for your approval. I will never forget your help when you went out on Thanksgiving Day(was it one or two years ago???) and got the measurements for the pioneer gear---it was sure a big help as I was stalled until I got it. Thanks again so much, Semper Fi Ben
