Can anyone give my a ballpark value for a military skid mounted Motor-generator set. The motor is a Willy's 4 cyl. and the generator is a 7.5KW unit
built by Schramm inc. from West Cheester, Pa. for the Navy. The unit has not run in years but is fully complete with some spare parts. Any info would be appreciated.

Call a few of the surplus dealers and ask for thei current pricing. Satyrn Surplus carries them.

I have been seeing them in the Northeast for free to $1000. A running, maintained setup might get more but most people want smaller quieter 10kv gensets. The engines usually have low hours.
There is one on craigslist Boston right now for $700.
