pair of batteries
It's almost time to put a couple of batteries in my M38A1 for the first startup. I'm wondering if it would hurt anything if I use two batteries that are not identical in rating. Obviously they will both be 12 volt batteries that physically fit in the box, but what if one is rated at 50 amps more than the other. And I realize that whats written on a battery label is not chiseled in stone and if you test two or more new batteries that are the same brand and part number they will probably test a little differently. Thanks

It won't hurt anything. The bigger guy will whoop up a little on the little guy if you end up cranking hard on it for a long time.
