outside door handle , Kelly cab
I'm still trying to determine if the engine in my M38A1 will "unstick". There is something else on the Jeep that is driving me crazy. The outside door handle on the Kelly steel cab door, drivers side , is on backwards so it extends toward the rear of the vehicle. The passengers side is on correctly. I can't figure out how to remove the handle to turn it around. The end of the square shaft is visable on the inside but I can see no attachment method. Can anyone help, please ? Thanks.

Hi, You got me on the door handle thing but I may be able to help your stuck motor. when I purchesed my M38 it had sat in a barn for 30 years the head gasket leaked=stuck motor.I patiently tried EVERYTHING
over three months !!with zero rezults. A frend recomended a penatrating oil called KROIL. It worked within 24hrs The next day I put the head back on and it was running. try it it worked for me. good luck, Moby
