Carb to Manifold gasket/spacer

Hello Gents!

Quick question... looking for the gasket/spacer that sits between the Carb and intake manifold for a M38.

I've searched, and can't find the gasket, and looked in the parts book, and couldn't find it either.

Anyone know where I can buy a couple of these gaskets?
