A1 grille hinges - same as CJ-5 tailgate hinges ???

I need some hinges for the grille of my A1. I have been seeing tailgate hinges for CJ-5, etc. and they appear to be the same as the grille hinges. Will they work on my grille?

yes, all the grill/tailgate hinges are the same and will interchange
