Identifying the Lift Ring

So I have a mismatch of Front lift rings as you can see in the pics:
I assume the one to the left is designated for later M-38A1 and the right is designated for the M-38. Can someone please confirm? the spacing of the legs and the hole dia. are same for both. As well I've come across these (1st PIC) as well.....vehicle designation?
I have a 55 M170 and need '1' correct single ring "in trade" if anyone can accommodate.
