body panel

Post by jasonm »

Morning Guys, Ws wondering if anyone is making patch panels for the shovel / axe indent area,or would it be better just to try to find a good panel out of on old tub?.

Also, looking for some part numbers for the following, Master cylinder, and oil seals for the real axle.
All this is for an m-38 cdn.
Thanks jason

You will need to panels o repair that area...

Front and rear passenger quarter panel. Then unless you replace both together, you will need to cut pieces off to do your repair...

The area of the Indents is where the front and rear quarter panels are welded together...

Hope this helps...

I don't recall seeing a bottom edge patch panel for any of the 1/4 ton jeeps. Did you find some for the MB?

This is about all that is out there:

Wes, I did get them for the slat grill, and also the Gpw, but they may have came from sheldon?? from jeep panels plus in maine..That was 6 or 7 years ago.
I will just keep my eyes open for a old tub to cut them from.
Thanks Jason

m38 side repair panel with indents

Post by 12B »

Well, I need a side repair panel for under the the passenger side door opening. . . I purchased one already for my driver's side. . . but what do I do about the missing indents now that I realize I must also replace the passenger side? Surely someone has run into this before me. . .
