BEHIND MY CONTROL PANEL. NOW IT WILL TURN OVER BUT NOT START. I CHANGED THE POINTS AND CONDINCER. DO YOU ALL HAVE ANY IDEAS???

Has all the fire damage been correctly repaired yet? If not then there is no good answer to your question. It could be any of the damaged wires or switches or even damage further away at the coil, starter and regulator.
