I had seen only pictures, until I had the opportunity to have a truck M35 in the factory where the work I was doing some adaptations for a specific job for off road.
Then I saw this part on the step.
It looked very similar to those seen mounted on the M38, which as I only knew from photographs.
I did some sketches and I set out to make it.
Here is the drawings with the dimensions set to mm. Maybe you have to adjust at least some of them I suppose that the original measures were all in inches.

Very nice! Where are you located? It's always good to have alternate sources for parts and pieces and you seem to be very good at building these new parts.

I really do not need great skills, but little sense of observation, have the basic tools and a manual skill medium ... but mainly want to have fun doing something useful.
Bretto, I made the cuts with a jigsaw, but we must first make all the holes to start or termination of the cuts, and likewise ensure a good finish. However there will always be that file where it left a little imperfection.
These are all the holes you need before you start cutting.
You can make some holes, according to what suits us.
Whydahdvr, Although I work in a metallurgical factory, my business is not doing these pieces, I'm an industrial designer, and I am located in Venezuela.
This is done in my house for fun, however, I like to spread it to encourage them to do their own work. Thus, we can share our experiences and learn all what can be done.

That looks like a good reproduction bracket. The only large issue I see is the two 3/4" holes are missing. I'm not sure if that was intentional or not but here is the information on the A-4133 bracket.
Willys -Overland drawing A-4133, which is the bracket only, has the following part numbers.
MB, A-4133
CJ-V35, 672674
MC ORD, 674086
MC USAF, 675102
MD, 956982
MD, 957074
The last revision date on the drawing is 10-18-63 for removal of two 3/4" holes on the bracket bottom. If you do not have those holes you know your bracket was made after that 1963 date.
