URGENT ! Need to Find the owner of this M38(Ft.Hood)

I need to find the owner of this M38 in the Fort Hood area by November so he doesn't lose his Jeep.
ANY and all Help will be appreciated.I would hate for him to lose this Jeep.
He may be a deployed Soldier
