M38 ground strap

On page 84 of THE BOOK (Ryans) it shows a ground strap..Is there an Ord. or WO number available for it and does anyone know whare to get it.

Thanks for the info on the ground strap..Were the M38s all built with this strap...Cannot find a picture of one mounted..I took one off my M38 as I am doing a motor rebuild and cant find one to replace it..Will send you the motor info now that I can see all the block and other numbers

All CJ's, M38's, M38A1 and M170's had that strap. You can buy that braided material by the foot. Cut it to length, and solder the ends closed and then drill the appropriate holes in each end through the solder.
