I was offered a 1952 M38 recently. Not really looking for another but they seem to find me. Running MC engine, all 3 seats and spare holder. Incorrect carb anbd fuel pump. Coverted to 12v. Floors rusted thru as is gas tank. M151 wheels.... What's it worth or is anyone interested near RI?

If brakes, steering and drivetrain are in good shape around $2000 - $3000.

I paid $1500 for my driveable RMC engined M38 in similar condition and considered it way underpriced. $2000 to $3000 sounds about right.
