Milling the head on the L-134??

I know this is heretical, but has anyone milled the head of the L-134 to try and squeeze a little more compression and horsepower from the little beast? If so, I'd be interested in hearing about the results.

Thanks,

Jordan

Shaving the head was a common attempt at squeezing 2 or 3 more HP but there already is a high compression head made by Kaiser for it.

Go to Google and research Vic Hickey and Jeeps in the 60's.

The head on my jeep was milled some just to get it flat. My engine was also decked for the same reason. But since I did not drive the jeep before this work was done I have no idea if it made any improvement.

Couldn't you just fill the head voids with JB Weld?

KIDDING OF COURSE :D
