What is the bolt pattern on an M-38 military wheel?

Is it 5.5" x 5?

It's the same as the Willys civvy wheel. 5 on 5.5". The difference between the civvy wheel and the military wheel is the small 1/8" hole next to one lug hole and the safety bead.
