posting pics in a thread?

Just wondering if someone will explain how I can post a pic in a thread to ask a specific question. Like with this message. How does one do this...? I have a photo gallery if that helps or is it even necessary?

Thanks to anyone and everyone who will explain it...I seemd to remember doing it before but hey the mind does get green disease don't it?

RT CLICK ON THE PIC, SELECT PROPERTIES.
HILITE THE ENTIRE ADDRESS(URL) AND THEN DO CONTROL C.
AT THE TOP OF YOUR MESSAGE YOU'LL SEE AN IMG BOX.
CLICK THE IMG THEN DO A CONTROL V THEN CLICK THE
IMG THINGY AGAIN. DONE.
