Not jeep related, but need help w/ IDing

I found this canvas pouch at a local flea market and need help with identification. It is approximately 4" wide X 6" tall and 2" deep excluding the front section. It has two "lift the dot" fasteners. There are no legible markings.
I thought with the vast military knowledge on this forum someone may recognize this.
